1. Services

We provide AI Agents, Web Design, Mobile Apps, Content Studio, and Workflow Automation services.

2. Payment Terms

50% advance is required before the project begins. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.

3. Project Scope

All project requirements must be agreed in writing before development starts.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the delivered product.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vishwakriti is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
