1. Custom Projects

No refund once development has commenced.

2. Discovery Phase

Discovery and consultation fees are non-refundable.

3. Advance Payment

The 50% advance is non-refundable after project kickoff.

4. Dispute Resolution

Raise disputes within 7 days of delivery at contact@vishwakriti.com.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are considered only if Vishwakriti fails to deliver the agreed scope.
